At Seven Tech, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Log in to your Seven Tech account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original boxes with all included accessories and manuals to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
